The Estate Manager is Ingenico’s latest terminal management solution, built specifically for estate owners such as banks, distributors, retailers, and ISOs. The platform allows users to seamlessly track and manage their entire fleet of payment terminals, offering real-time visibility, remote support, and incident resolution through a powerful, web-based portal.
My role was to modernize the previous version of the platform by aligning it with Ingenico’s updated branding guidelines and enhancing the overall user experience. The goal was to create a cleaner, more intuitive, and efficient web-based solution by applying current UX best practices while maintaining the platform’s powerful functionality.
Designed as a modular platform, The Estate Manager offers a wide range of features — from essential capabilities like software provisioning to advanced tools such as preventive maintenance and terminal lifecycle management. I crafted a user experience built on intuitive, task-oriented workflows, leveraging modern web UI/UX best practices to ensure clarity, efficiency, and ease of use throughout the platform.
